Wipro, India's third-largest software providers exporter, is considering selling data centres along with other computer hardware assets of its ALL OF US unit Infocrossing, a financial daily documented on Monday, quoting unnamed officials and bankers acquainted with the talks.
Wipro has received initial offers from several US telecom firms available of five data centres that may be worth between $300 million to $400 zillion, the newspaper said.
Citigroup is currently holding discussions with audience, one of the sources told the actual paper.
A Wipro spokesman did not immediately react to queries on the report.
Wipro had acquired Infocrossing in August 2007 for nearly Rs 3, 000 crore, the document said.
