- Spend Scale: of PB- 4 (Rs. 37400-67, 000+ GP-8700)
- Eligibility: Officers from the Central (including officers of Just about all India Services and Central Team ‘A’ Services
- holding analogous posts on regular basis within the parent cadre or department; or even
- with 5 years’ service within the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis within the scale of pay of 15, 600-39, 100/- (PB-3)+ Quality Pay – Rs. 7600/- or equivalent within the parent cadre or Department; as well as
- * Possessing the following academic qualifications and experience: -
(i) Masters’ Degree from the recognized University or equivalent:
(ii) 7 years’ experience in Administration, Caution and Financial Matters
