The newly created national laboratory, the Central Start of Mining and Fuel Investigation (CIMFR) Dhanbad, is a constituent laboratory associated with Council of Scientific & Commercial Research (CSIR) was aimed to provide R&D inputs for the whole coal-energy chain from mining to Consumption through integration from the Core Competencies of the 2 (CFRI & CMRI) premier Coal institution from the country. The newly formed organization CIMFR Dhanbad, a constituent laboratory of Local authority or council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) will be the premier organization of the country providing preliminary research, R & D back upward, advisory services and help within technology up-gradation & adaptation in order to coal and mineral based industries to achieve the targeted production with higher standards of safety, economy as well as cleaner environment.

1. Task Assistant Level-I
