Online marketing in my very own definition, based on experience, is an online business wherein everybody uses visitors exchanges, page ranking, backlinking and many more social media marketing tactics as their way of promoting just to be the main in the search engines. Online marketers has only one goal - PROMOTE and obtain NOTICED in the wide virtual world.
Online marketing actually is too wide. There are lots of kinds of Online marketing in the online business community. But let me just give one example of online business that will lead us to the topic - Multi-level marketing (MLM) which is too popular.
Without any research, I understand this internet business as a program that earns commissions from the people who signed up under them using the products included. It is a networking business, direct selling, recruit referrals or even pyramid selling. If nobody join under you, then you won't earn, that's why you ought to PROMOTE the program you are joining and earn from those people of some other part of the world who joined using your referral link. What is leadership?
Like a graduate of political science course, my view about leadership is that it's a position or a function of a leader. How that was being applied in internet business? Leadership can be applied everywhere and can be acquired by everybody. You may be a good leader to your group, organizations, clubs, teams etc. What I am focusing now is that the use of leadership in online business. Team is built to help those people who're not skilled in Online marketing to earn online. Leadership came in when one is going to lead the team he built for an online business to be shared by everybody for individuals who are interested. I set some qualifications that a leader-member must attain whenever engaged into work-team relationship in online biz. You as a member, Should you wanted to involve into online business and join in the team, you'll want these qualities:
1. ) A good researcher = You must have this quality before you will join a certain program. Make sure you won't regret. Make sure this kind of program is paying. It's useless to take a risk to a program you know already that it is not paying. Make a good research about that program if it's paying or a scam. Usually in online business, they are good from the beginning, they pay you instantly, but there's no such thing as forever, cause everything wither just like a beautiful flower. Take advantage to it while its paying! Its like consume that food while its hot!
2. ) Risk-Taker = when we joined to some program organized by some group experts, we are not force to join this program. We, ourselves, came to them, inquire what is the program all regarding. If the program was introduce to you, its up to you if you will listen or not. Once you join the team, or once you join this program itself, you must be a risk taker. online business actually is not really considered stable. It's like kiss your money good bye or you're lucky to get your earnings instantly.
3. ) Patience = when you are in the team, especially a team is using the Next-In-Line System, you must be patient enough to wait for your turn when you'll be given the promised guaranteed referrals or if not in the NIL program, you must wait and work for your own success. Promote your program if you wish to earn. Remember, there's NO EASY MONEY!
4. ) Perseverance and commitment = if you're eager to earn, you will do or apply different marketing strategies simply to earn the program you are joining and not to waste the cash you invested. If you're in a team, you are eager to help yourself yet others, if not help yourself because your success depends on your efforts.
5. ) Trust = you must trust your co-members an individual will be in a team. This is the most important of all to work harmoniously inside a work-team relationship. But don't make any moves that will disappoint others trigger once trust is broken, its too hard to get it back. It's way too hard to win the trust of the people. Who will you be for them if you cannot be trusted?
6. ) Team-player = Once you are in the group, you must be a team-player. You must do your part as an associate. Make adjustments to whatever consequences might encountered.
What qualities a leader must possess in these internet business? The leader must also have the same qualities of the members, since the leader is also a member to his team. But as the creator, or is having the position of being a leader he must possess these qualities:
1. ) A good listener = the team leader should be a good listener to the outcry of his members. He must have listen do you know the members' concerns about the program. He must be aware what are the actual members' feedback, suggestions or any other reactions of the system implemented to create some changes for the betterment of his team.
2. ) Motivator/ Trainer = there are numerous first-timers in online business who needs help in Online marketing. The leader's role since the father or founder of the team is to teach them or guide them how you can market or promote. The rests will follow and help others too in order to orient the newbies.
3. ) Honest / Vocal = he must tell the facts and never give false hopes to his members. He must be straightforward by what was really happening to the business he's organizing. He must be available to his members if there's a problem encountered at least, the members exist to help and finds solutions for the problem. He must notify their members for his absence. He is not required to be visible constantly but he must let his members feel his presence and would not let them feel and conclude how the leader is negligent.
4. ) Coordination = He must not work on it's own, must not decide in solo. A leader must coordinate with his members into some concerns before announcing the ultimate decision. You can plot your suggestions, your plans for the team, but you can't automatically decide that it's final! Consultation is a must! Coordination is needed when you are inside a work-team relationship. Members will then cooperate. In that manner less complaints and team can harmoniously work and perhaps last longer.
5. ) A good example to his members = Generally, we saw our leaders as our models. We appreciate them when these people does good. We wanted to be like them. A leader must be an example to his members, in this way people will gain trust and people are there prepared to help and becomes more motivated once they see their leaders an example to everybody.
6. ) Thoughtful to his members = he thinks associated with his members situation, understands the members needs, must listen what his members desired to express.
