I maintain in black and white not far off from Urbana Corp (TSE: URB and TSE: URB.A) several time, and Saj Karsan wrote not far off from it at this point. The small story is with the aim of this is an investment company with assets comprised of routine exchanges and other economic companies. The bulk of the company’s assets (by value) are publicly traded, so therefore simply valued. Unlike many of the companies I element on this situate, an investor doesn’t need to question whether the account ought to be in black and white down, or whether receivables will be collectible. Other than a potentially overvalued opportunity burden asset (management will need selected wealth gains in order to make the most of this!), the assets are transparent and mostly liquid, making the investor’s job somewhat easier. The supervisor publishes the company’s NAV weekly, but I’ve formed a Google Spreadsheet with the aim of updates the morals of the publicly traded stocks (including the currency fluctuations) in real schedule.
