NTC Garners Rs 145 cr from Gujarat Land Sale

NTC at the moment thought it has garnered Rs 145 crore from selling of soil belonging to its two mills in Gujarat, similar to three days of intense bidding process.


The calculate area sold through e-auctions was 94,262 genuine metre, the company thought in a statement.

Ahmedabad Advance Mills bagged the company's New Manekchowk Textile Mills 33,222 genuine metres plot in place of Rs 118.40 crore contrary to the reserve charge of Rs 41.27 crore, it added.

While Lok Prakashan Ltd grabbed the 61,040 genuine metres of soil belonging to the congested Mahalaxmi Textile Mills by the side of Bhavnagar in place of 27.53 crore contrary to the reserve charge of Rs 27.47 crore.

The mart in place of the New Manekchowk Textile Mills plot besides includes a log cabin on 400 genuine metre.

"We were expecting a high-quality response and prices. What we got are the superlative in place of the two properties. NTC has collection the trend and has its strategies noticeably defined and we are working as apiece the diagram," NTC Chairman and Managing Director K Ramachandran Pillai thought.
