India and Pakistan at the moment exchanged the lists of their nuclear installations in place of the 20th consecutive time under an agreement which prohibits some kind of attack on such facilities.

The lists were exchanged through diplomatic channels concurrently by the side of New Delhi and Islamabad under the Agreement on the ban of Attack contrary to Nuclear Installations and Facilities, a statement by the External Affairs Ministry thought at this point.

Under the agreement signed on December 31, 1988, which came into force on January 27, 1991, the two countries share details of their nuclear installations with both other on the basic  daylight hours of each time. The basic such file was exchanged on January single, 1992.     The promise is single of the superlative confidence-building measures sandwiched between the two countries which has continued
Even whilst the relations witnessed acrimony and freeze.
