CG Foods plans to invest Rs 300 cr on expansion, buyouts

Nepal-based CG Foods, makers of the widely held Wai Wai noodles, at the moment thought it is prepared to consume around Rs 300 crore on expanding its production scope and acquiring other companies in India.
