Bhandari Hosiery board nod for bonus issue

The board of directors of Bhandari Hosiery Exports Ltd has accepted and recommended the circulation of 2,609,495 fully-paid bonus shares of Rs 10 both to holders of existing 7,455,700 fully-paid justness shares, in the ratio of seven shares in place of each 20 held.

The bonus circulation is subject matter to the support of members by the side of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, the company thought in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The company has fixed February 11 as the engagement in place of the EGM.
