The actual Coachella Music Festival, perhaps the most highly anticipated music festival in the united kingdom, released their official 2012 lineup in a twitter earlier today, and the headliners for each day would be the Black Keys, Radiohead and Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg since the grand finale.
This year, the festival covers two weekends using the same exact lineup. The reasoning behind this is that tickets are extremely tricky to find and by doubling the festivities, organizers are hoping to higher accomodate all those wanting to partake in the actual festivities.
However as news of the lineup shattered, Coachella’s website is down, most likely due to people attempting to obtain those aforementioned hard-to-obtain tickets. Last year, tickets out of stock exactly one week after the lineup was introduced.
That’s a total bummer for those trying to obtain their vacations early. It’s a blessing in disguise for all those catching wind of this a little later compared to usual.
