Yahoo's board will meet today to review options

Yahoo's board will meet personally at the company's Sunnyvale, California head office. The meeting is expected to last the whole day and comes a week after Yahoo's board fired Leader Carol Bartz, who had more than the usual year left on her 4 12 months contract.

Yahoo could not immediately end up being reached for comment by Reuters outdoors regular US business hours.

Allen & Company, which Yahoo has retained as it pursues a strategic overview of its business, is expected to go to tomorrow's meeting, the person told Reuters.
