Westpac Life NZ Ltd (Westpac) has selected TCS -- BaNCS Insurance -- IT solution to assist the lending company to upgrade and transform its Life Insurance software program platform, Tata Consultancy Services said in a declaration.
"The transformation programme will enable the Insurance company to respond rapidly to changing market conditions in addition to offer improved levels of service to Westpac's clients, " Westpac Head of Insurance Kevin Crowley stated.
TCS BaNCS Insurance provides a complete end-to-end solution for that insurance business, supporting all mainstream products, sales stations, and lifecycle functionalities, including customer management, product description, policy administration, claims management, insurance accounting and reinsurance.
"The innovative platform will provide Westpac a chance to define, configure and launch new products in the swift and efficient style. Our experienced delivery team is getting excited about activating another successful TCS BaNCS implementation, " TCS Monetary Solutions Product Head Pradipta Pandit said.
