Japan Prime Minister Naoto Kan, cabinet resign

Japan's Perfect Minister Naoto Kan and his cabinet resigned upon Tuesday, making way for Yoshihiko Noda, the outgoing financial minister, to be confirmed by parliament as the brand new premier later today.

At the end of an exceptional cabinet meeting, the outgoing trade and industry minister Banri Kaieda confirmed to reporters how the entire group of ministers had stepped down, stating "Yes, all of them".
