R Systems International, a bringer of outsourced artifact development, technical and customer support services, at the moment thought it has acquired UK-based Computaris International in place of £9 million (about Rs 65.25 crore).
R Systems will wage an amount of £9 million, consisting of an opening payment of £4.25 million and the balance amount on two years linked to performance, R Systems thought in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The acquisition is funded largely from interior accruals, it added.
Computaris International is a software company engaged in the telecom sector and provides billing and real-time rating solutions.
